[OP-stack] - upgrade to OP-stack 1.16.9

Blockdaemon will update OP-stack (Basechain, Ink and Unichain) testnet and mainnet nodes to OP-stack v1.16.9 on 03/30/2026. We are updating our nodes due to a release from the Optimism foundation. This update applies to all Blockdaemon OP-stack testnet and mainnet nodes; there will be planned downtime of up to 15 minutes per node within a 1-hour maintenance window.

We have tested the release and do not anticipate any unexpected downtime other than mentioned above as a result of the update. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
