[Polkadot] - Upgrade to Polkadot v1.22.3

Blockdaemon will update Westend, Kusama and Polkadot nodes to v1.22.3 on 06/22/2026 We are updating our nodes due to a release from the Parity foundation. This update applies to all Blockdaemon Westend, Kusama and Polkadot nodes, there will be planned downtime of up to 30 minutes per node.

We have tested the release and do not anticipate any unexpected downtime other than mentioned above as a result of the update. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to your Technical Account Manager.

This scheduled maintenance affects: Blockdaemon Universal API, Staking Reporting API (Polkadot Staking Reporting), Staking API (Polkadot Staking API), Blockdaemon RPC API (Kusama Native API, Polkadot Native API), Blockdaemon Validator (Kusama Validator, Polkadot Validator), and Protocols (Dedicated Nodes) (Kusama, Polkadot).
