BSC Chain's testnet will undergo the Fermi Hard Fork on November 10, 2025, at 02:25 UTC.

Summary of Technical Changes
• Implements BEP-590: Extended Voting Rules for Fast Finality Stability
• Implements BEP-619: Short Block Interval Phase Three (0.45 Seconds)
• Implements BEP-592: Non-Consensus Based Block-Level Access List
• Implements BEP-593: Incremental Snapshot
• Implements BEP-610: EVM Super Instruction support
• Introduces new WebSocket RPC filter API for transaction receipts
• Adds “ProxyedNodeIds” configuration to improve block propagation efficiency

Customer Impact
During the upgrade window, brief interruptions in BSC Testnet node connectivity and transaction propagation may occur.
No long-term disruption to network operations is expected once the upgrade completes.

Blockdaemon has validated this release and does not anticipate unexpected disruptions beyond the stated downtime.
