URGENT [Ethereum] - Upgrade Geth to v1.17.1

Blockdaemon will update Ethereum Geth to v1.17.1 on March 10, 2026 following a new release from the Ethereum Foundation.
This update will apply to all Blockdaemon Ethereum nodes running the Geth client. During the upgrade, each node may experience planned downtime of up to 5 minutes.

The release has been tested internally, and we do not anticipate any unexpected downtime beyond the maintenance window noted above.
