The Solana Testnet Restart was completed late last night and reached super majority this morning at 08:50am UTC. The Solana Testnet network is now restored.

Blockdaemon have been informed by the Solana Foundation that the Testnet cluster will likely go offline today and operators will need to prepare for a restart of the network. If this happens, we expect the cluster to go offline at approximately 03:00pm UTC. We are currently unaware how long it will take for the restart to gain super majority and come back online. Once we know more, we will send out further updates.
