We will be applying the dYdX Chain testnet protocol upgrade to version v8.1.0‑rc3 on Tuesday, June 24th at approximately 2:30 PM EST (block height: 42,857,848)—per the latest dYdX release branch ([protocol/v8.1.0‑rc3]).

No action required on your end—nodes will be upgraded and validated by our team.

We’ll closely monitor block production, node synchronization, and any client-facing errors post-upgrade.

You’ll receive a follow-up confirmation once the upgrade is complete and stable.
