[Stellar] Testnet update Core to v27.1.0

Blockdaemon will update Stellar nodes to Stellar Core v27.1.0 ton 07/01/2026. We are updating our nodes following a release from the Stellar Foundation. During the same maintenance window, we will also perform kernel upgrades. This update applies to all Blockdaemon Stellar Core, Horizon, Soroban, and Galexie Testnet nodes. There will be planned downtime of up to 30 minutes per node.

We have tested the release and do not anticipate any unexpected downtime other than mentioned above as a result of the update. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to your Customer Service Manager
