Polygon Labs has released an updated version of Bor and Heimdall in preparation for the Rio Hard Fork on 8/8/2025, and is requesting node operators to switch to this latest version. As a result, we will be upgrading the mainnet to Bor v2.3.0 and Heimdall v0.4.0. The upgrade will result in up to 10 minutes of downtime.

We have tested the release and do not anticipate any unexpected downtime other than mentioned above as a result of the update. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
