We have confirmed that the issue affecting the NEAR Dashboard and NEAR Reporting API is due to a problem within the NEAR network itself. This issue is currently preventing clients from viewing or retrieving some reporting data related to NEAR. The NEAR team is fully aware of the problem and is actively working to resolve it. They have not provided an estimated time of resolution.
