[Canton] Mainnet Upgrade to Splice v0.5.5

Blockdaemon will upgrade Canton Mainnet validator nodes to Splice v0.5.5 on Monday, February 9 at 11:00AM UTC. This update applies to all Blockdaemon Canton Mainnet validator nodes, and there will be planned downtime of up to 10 minutes per node.

We have tested the release and do not anticipate any unexpected downtime beyond the planned maintenance. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions.
