Blockdaemon will update Cardano nodes to v9.1.0 and Ogmios nodes to v6.5.0 on 08/01/24. We are updating our nodes due to a release from the Cardano foundation. This update applies to all Blockdaemon Cardano and Ogmios nodes, there will be planned downtime of up to 3 hours per node.

Please note that the Cardano release includes a hard fork as part of the major upgrade to v9.0.0. This will cause a database migration, warranting a longer downtime to nodes.

We have tested the release and do not anticipate any unexpected downtime other than mentioned above as a result of the update. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
