Dear Valued Clients,
We are currently experiencing connectivity issues affecting nodes based in Seoul due to an outage on the TSW end. A carrier at the SEL1 location is having an outage. Their team is actively working on restoring the service, with an estimated time to resolution (ETR) of approximately 1 hour.
During this period, clients with nodes based in Seoul may encounter difficulties accessing and using their services. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution.
