[Canton] Mainnet Internal Maintenance and update to Splice 0.7.0

Blockdaemon will be carrying out essential maintenance to the following Canton Mainnet nodes on 08/19/2026. We will also update all Mainnet nodes to Splice 0.7.0 as part of this maintenance window. This update applies to all Blockdaemon Canton Mainnet validator, there will be planned downtime of up to 15 minutes per node.

We have tested the release and do not anticipate any unexpected downtime other than mentioned above as a result of the update. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
